We began with a small number of residential properties in Greater Manchester. What set us apart from the start was an insistence on standards — well-maintained homes, transparent tenancies, and investment structures that were honest about both the opportunity and the risk.
That approach has allowed us to grow steadily. Today, Olis Estates manages a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial assets across the North West, with a clear pipeline for continued, considered expansion.
